By James Attwood
June 26 (Bloomberg) -- Pampa Energia SA, Argentina's biggest electricity holding company, was downgraded to "hold" from "buy" at Banco Santander SA, which cited delays in price increases.
Transener SA, the operator of most of Argentina's high- tension power lines, and Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte SA, the distributor known as Edenor, were cut to "underperform" from "hold," analysts including Remedios Leyba wrote in a report dated today.
