'Kirchner has no chance of being elected in second round,' Duhalde

Former president Eduardo Duhalde assured there would be a second round during the 2011 presidential elections in which N stor Kirchner "has no chance of being elected."

"They are going through the same stage Carlos Menem was during his last years in office. They may have one third of the voters on their side, but when eventually they face a run off voting there's no chance people will pick them to remain in power," he assured.
